Meeting was called to order at 1:18 PM by Dave Kuker
- Since there were no new members at today's meeting we skipped
introductions. However it was determined that Dennis Olsen and Eric Iverson had
never met yet so they introduced themselves to each other.

- Dave issued a reminder to everyone that if you had not paid your dues yet you should send the money ($16) to John Berg ASAP.
- The club has decided that we will be giving Terry $100 to help cover some of the expenses that he has incurred.
- We discussed club merchandise such as t-shirts, key chains, and business cards. Several people had asked Dave & Nancy about the possibility of getting kids t-shirts with the MinneSSota Impala SS logo. Nancy did some checking and reported that while it was doable there would be a setup fee as the screens would need to be redone to accommodate the smaller shirt sizes. As for orders for more regular t-shirts/sweatshirts/tank tops, this can be done but Nancy said they would need a minimum total of 24 pieces ordered. A price increase on the items was discussed and it was agreed that the profit difference would be given to the club. For example, last year the t-shirts cost $9 and if the price is raised to $15 for this year then the difference of $6 would go to the club. Look for Dave & Nancy to post more information in the future regarding ordering and prices.
Nancy also discussed key chains (either metal or rubber). She found that in order to order custom rubber key chains we would need a minimum order of 250 (with each key chain costing .70) and a setup fee of $30. The club will be putting this idea on hold for the time being but plans to revisit it in the future.
The club is also looking in to having business cards printed up as a tool to recruit new members. Currently Terry is working on this.
On a related note Dave mentioned that he is looking into getting Tires Plus to give the club a discount on tires, Dave will post more details as they become available.
-Car Craft was also on today's agenda and we discussed the Thursday setup along with parking accommodations on Friday-Sunday. It was decided that if you plan on attending and would like a space you need to be there by 9AM. If you are running late or plan to be there later in the day then you need to call someone and let them know so we can hold a spot for you. Also preferred parking spaces (the ones by our tents) will go to dues paying members.
- We discussed having our club picnic in August in place of a meeting at the Ground Round. We plan on having the picnic in Savage (same as last year's location). The date will tentatively be August 10th but is subject to change as Dave needs to find out if the park is available on this day.
- The fall cruise was discussed and it will be held on October 4th. Dave Kuker has reserved 6 rooms at the Super 8 in Ely. If you would like to go please contact Dave for more information.
- Lastly Randy reminded us of the Performance Driving Experience (PDE) that will be held at Brainerd on July 28th. Randy will post more information, including price, as the details become available to him.
After business was settled we all then stayed and had a bite to eat. Dave adjourned the meeting at 2:44 PM.
